Lightly dampen a microfibre cloth and gently wipe the surface area you wish to clean then follow with a dry microfibre cloth to dry off the surface. Do not spray any products with chemicals on or near the finished surface as it may damage your finish. You cannot spray the door with water or a high-pressure washer as it will penetrate the polyurethane and cause the wood to swell.
Although our installers are not certified electricians, they do have the basic knowledge which enables them to do a disconnect and reconnect of your alarm contacts. We advise that you contact your alarm company to test the connection once we have completed the installation of your door system.
We only use the finest most secure locksets on the market. All of our Door systems are designed to accommodate a heavy duty mortise lockset. This means that our locking system does not have any internal plastic components that may prematurely wear with everyday usage.
Absolutely, you can choose from our Goudey stain colour palette or any paint colour from a well-known paint brand manufacturer. We then prepare a colour sample that is factory sprayed with polyurethane on the actual wood type selected for your door for your final approval.
The answer is yes! Our installers look after the disposal of your old door system and clean up after the installation is completed. The installation process can take anywhere from 6-8 hours starting at 9:30 AM.
