Our clients ask us lots of questions about our custom wood doors. Of all the queries we receive, there are three which get asked the most.
Clients are most curious about our materials, our experience, and our manufacturing process. At Amberwood Doors, we strive to provide customers with exceptional products made better by careful craftsmanship and close attention to detail. We always welcome feedback and questions from our clients, many of whom are surprised at our ability to provide such exquisite, hand-crafted quality at such competitive prices.
#1: Are your doors made from real wood?
Yes, absolutely. All our doors are made from 100 percent high-grade wood, which we specially source to ensure it’s up to the task of maintaining its beauty and durability in the changeable Canadian climate. In addition to using only the highest-quality wood on the market, we also subject every door we make to a rigorous 40-point quality control inspection to make sure it meets our demanding standards and earns our signature.
#2: How much experience do you have building custom-made doors?
Our company is 10 years old, and over that time, we’ve earned a loyal following for durability and convenience, in addition to quality and expert craftsmanship. This is because the four key members of our company bring a combined 90 years of experience in the door manufacturing industry to the table, ensuring our customers benefit from their wealth of knowledge and elite skill.
#3: Do you subcontract any of your manufacturing or delivery processes?
No, we do not hire third parties or subcontractors to do any of our work. Absolutely everything we do is done in house, by our own team of highly skilled craftsmen and customer service experts. All personnel involved in the design, building, staining, delivery and installation of our doors is employed by us. Even the folks who deliver our flyers work for us! We want to make sure that every single one of our customers enjoys the exact same satisfying experience.
We always welcome questions, so if there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team members will be happy to answer any other queries you may have about our products, processes, or services.
