Amberwood Doors was very pleased to be part of HGTV Canada’s new show – Custom Built. In this episode Paul Lafrance Design and his highly skilled creative team transformed a small family room into a gorgeous space!
The Custom Built crew removed space confining french doors and replaced them with Amberwood Shoji style sliding doors. These beautiful doors were done in soft maple and featured white laminate glass panes. The doors serve a dual purpose – when closed they not only provide privacy but ascetic appeal – and when open the family room appears much larger as the doors tuck neatly behind one another.
Amberwood Doors’ passion is customization. Installing a new door system into a small space can breathe new life into a room by completely opening it up, and emphasizing one’s personal style.
